Radar Scan is relentless when it comes to finding leaks. Our time spent on the job is not a priority, finding the leak is. Whether its a plumbing leak or water intrusion from an unknown source, we are well equipped to handle the project. Our company has taken this industry to a new level by incorporating Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) for leak detection. In fact, we use three different types of GPR instruments depending on the task at hand to locate the target and investigate the area for eroded concrete and corrosion. We are also able to identify and map out the orientation and direction of plumbing. This is especially useful for re-routing water lines and drains.
Our leak detection arsenal also includes the use of inert tracer gas, FLIR brand high resolution infrared cameras, pipe inspection color cameras, sonde locating, sonic listening devices and other tools and devices.
